Tom was a pilot in the United States Air Force before joining Dunhill in 1976, the predecessor to System 1 Search. Tom specializes in recruiting in the medical industry focusing on sales, marketing and operations positions through the level of President and CEO. With a focus on “finding the best for the best” System 1 Search has flourished and grown, even in turbulent economic periods. Tom has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Jim joined System 1 Search in March of 1992 and is President of System 1 Search of Ventura. Prior to joining System 1 Search, he spent his career with diagnostic companies and worked in research and development as well as sales. Jim has also published five non-fiction books on health, careers, and personal development. Jim graduated from the University of California at Riverside with a BS in Biochemistry, and Michigan State University with a MS in Biochemistry.

Kevin joined System 1 Search in June of 2008 and is the Managing Partner of System 1 Search of Sacramento. Kevin specializes in sales, marketing, and management opportunities with Medical Device, Diagnostic, and Life Science organizations. Prior to System 1 Search, Kevin was a Division Director for Robert Half International.  After his college days in San Diego, Kevin worked as a production, sales, and operations manager. This experience helped Kevin realize the importance of hiring and retaining the greatest talent possible. Natasha joined System 1 Search as an Executive Recruiter in February of 2015. She focuses her efforts in marketing, sales, technical, and operational roles, with an emphasis in diagnostics, life science, and medical device. Helping others is Natasha’s primary focus and she finds great joy in guiding people throughout their careers. Prior to System 1, Natasha began her career in marketing for 5 years. Natasha graduated from California State University at Channel Islands with a BS in Environmental Science and Resource Management, with a minor in Biology.

Megan has been with System 1 Search since 2006 as an Executive Recruiter. She focuses her efforts in a variety of areas including R&D, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Sales, and Technical Roles, with an emphasis in diagnostic markets. Prior to System 1 Megan lived in Virginia and was an Elementary School teacher. Megan attributes her success at System 1 to her persistence and interpersonal skills learned by being a teacher, as well as her competitive nature from being a 4 year college athlete. Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia Union College with a degree in Liberal Studies Elementary Education.

Cruz Fedler joined System 1 Search as an Executive Recruiter in October of 2018. He focuses his efforts in sales and marketing opportunities with diagnostics,
device, and life science companies. Prior to System 1, Cruz began his career as an Account Executive for the Sacramento Kings. Cruz was a football athlete at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa where he graduated with a degree in Sports Management.
